In this workshop we will explore the philosophical, psychological, and energetic aspects of yoga to promote holistic well-being, self-awareness, and inner growth. We will combine mindful movement, breathwork (pranayama), meditation and reflective practices to help us connect deeply with ourselves and the present moment, fostering a greater sense of purpose and peace.
