Bookings are easy. You can book the classes directly through the website or through the mindbody app. Drop-ins welcome, subject to availability.

Please use the contact form for the therapies and workshops.

All classes and treatments can be cancelled up to 12 hours before.

FAQ

  • Reservations are usually required for in-person classes. We welcome drop-ins, subject to availability and we will do everything to accommodate.

  • We provide mats and props, however you can bring your own mat if you wish. It is also advisable to have a bottle of water with you.

  • As a general rule wear clothes that do not restrict your movement, with perhaps a couple of layers that you can take off as you warm up or put on at the end for your final relaxation.

  • Most of our classes are suitable for all levels. Our approach is inclusive and individualised. We show our clients how to modify the practice to their current level. Intermediate classes are highlighted in the class description.

  • Please:

    • take off your shoes at the front door. Shoe rack is provided.

    • Please put your phone in silent mode.

    • Put your props away neatly at the end of class.

    • Plan to stay for the whole class; if you can't, let your teacher know before class begins.
