Welcome to our booking portal. Below, you can easily reserve your spot for both group classes and private one-on-one sessions.

For immediate booking of Group Classes: Please use the interactive calendar below to secure your place in Pilates, Yoga, or an immersive Sound Bath.

For Private Healing Sessions: Some private sessions can be scheduled directly via the calendar. However, for specialised private sessions or unique private event inquiries, these require a preliminary consultation. Please use the Contact Form to reach out, and a time will be coordinated that aligns perfectly with your needs. We look forward to supporting you on your unique path to holistic balance.

FAQ

  • Reservations are usually required for in-person classes. We welcome drop-ins, subject to availability and we will do everything to accommodate.

  • We provide mats and props, however you can bring your own mat if you wish. It is also advisable to have a bottle of water with you.

  • As a general rule wear clothes that do not restrict your movement, with perhaps a couple of layers that you can take off as you warm up or put on at the end for your final relaxation.

  • Most of our classes are suitable for all levels. Our approach is inclusive and individualised. We show our clients how to modify the practice to their current level. Intermediate classes are highlighted in the class description.

  • Please:

    • Please take off your shoes at the front door. Shoe rack is provided.

    • Please put your phone in silent mode.

    • Put your props away neatly at the end of class.

    • Plan to stay for the whole class; if you can't, let your teacher know before class begins.
