Welcome to our boutique High Street studio! To ensure everyone has a comfortable space and to keep our classes small and supportive, we use a simple pre-booking system.

Search for "Leven Holistic" and "Favourite" us by tapping the heart ❤️.
Browse our timetable, select your class, and pay securely to instantly confirm your booking.
Option 2: Book Online via Our Website

Select your desired class (e.g., The Monday Night Unwind or Strength & Stretch).
Follow the prompts to create a quick account and complete your upfront payment. Your mat is then officially reserved!
Option 3: The "Drop-In"
We love a spontaneous visit! You are welcome to "drop in" and pay at the studio via card or cash.
Please Note: As we are a small boutique studio with limited mats, pre-booking via the app/website is the only way to guarantee your spot. If the class is full, we may not be able to fit you in.
Class Full? Join the Waiting List!
Don't be discouraged if a class looks full! We highly recommend joining the Waiting List via the Mindbody app or website.
How it works: Life happens, and spaces often become available at the last minute.
Get Notified: If a spot opens up, the system will automatically notify you.
Top Tip: Make sure your Mindbody notifications (Email or Text) are turned ON so you don't miss your invitation to join us on the mat!
Private Healing & Special Events
At Leven Holistic, we understand that some journeys require a more personal touch.
Direct Bookings:
Reiki sessions can be booked directly via our Mindbody Calendar.
Specialised Healing & Private Events:
For shamanic healing, tailored healing journeys, or unique private group events, we begin with a brief preliminary consultation. This ensures we coordinate a time and a bespoke plan that aligns perfectly with your specific needs.

Reservations are usually required for in-person classes. We welcome drop-ins, subject to availability and we will do everything to accommodate.

We provide mats and props, however you can bring your own mat if you wish. It is also advisable to have a bottle of water with you.

As a general rule wear clothes that do not restrict your movement, with perhaps a couple of layers that you can take off as you warm up or put on at the end for your final relaxation.

Most of our classes are suitable for all levels. Our approach is inclusive and individualised. We show our clients how to modify the practice to their current level. Intermediate classes are highlighted in the class description.

Please take off your shoes at the front door. Shoe rack is provided.
Please put your phone in silent mode.
Put your props away neatly at the end of class.
Plan to stay for the whole class; if you can't, let your teacher know before class begins.
