Yogalates

Experience the best of both worlds with our unique Yogalates class. This hybrid session blends the core-strengthening and alignment principles of Pilates with the mindful movement and flexibility of yoga. A comprehensive, low-impact workout suitable for all levels.

Private Sessions

For focused guidance and accelerated results, our 60-minute private sessions offer a tailored path to refining your technique and reaching specific goals. Individual Private Session £45 per person for a 1-hour session. Book a duet session for you and a friend for just £60.
