Hatha Yoga

The term "Hatha" comes from the Sanskrit ha "sun" and ta "moon". Hatha yoga is the balance of the sun and moon energy that lies in all of us. Classes focus on breathing, proper body alignment as well as building strength and flexibility. An ideal class to learn the foundations of yoga in a safe environment.
Power Yoga

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a restful practice that holds yoga poses for a longer duration using props like cushions, blankets, and bolsters. It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga—the union of body and mind. Through the use of props for support, postures are held almost effortlessly.
