Hatha Yoga

The term "Hatha" comes from the Sanskrit ha "sun" and ta "moon". Hatha yoga is the balance of the sun and moon energy that lies in all of us. Classes focus on breathing, proper body alignment as well as building strength and flexibility. This is an excellent class to learn the foundations of yoga in a safe and supportive environment.
Seasonal Flow Yoga

A dynamic and adaptable class designed to clear the body’s energy pathways, or meridians helping you align with the natural rhythms of each season. Our practice evolves with the seasons, incorporating elements of T'ai Chi and Qigong to harmonise your energy through yoga, breathwork and meditation.
Restorative Yoga
Suitable for all levels.
Restorative yoga is a restful practice that holds yoga poses (asanas) for a longer duration using props like yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters. It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga—the union of body and mind. Through the use of props for support, many of the postures are held almost effortlessly.
