Your Day Includes:
Pranayama (breathing exercises) to reset your nervous system and strengthen the connection between body and mind.
Followed by restorative yoga to relax your body, mind, let go of tension and restore balance and harmony. A restful practice that encourages you to slow down and open your body through passive stretching.
Exploring the power of mantras and chanting.
