The Journey:
60 Mins: Gentle Spring Yoga & Breathwork – A slow, heart-opening flow to wake up the body, paired with calming breathing exercises to clear the mind.
45 Mins: Immersive Sound Bath – Total surrender. Lie back on our heated floors with full use of our bolsters, blankets, and eye cushions while the healing frequencies of sound wash over you.
15 Mins: Tea & Homemade Cake – We conclude with a grounding ritual of herbal tea and a delicious slice of homemade cake. The perfect moment to connect with others before you head back into your weekend.
Everything is provided: Underfloor heating, mats, and all props are ready for you. Just bring yourself!
