Group Breathwork

Pranayama
In the yogic and Vedic traditions, the breath is viewed as carrying the life force known as prana. Pranayama means regulation of the prana or life force by regulating the breath. if the flow of the prana is strong, your body and brain will function well and you will be full of vitality.
