Shamanism is the oldest form of psycho-spiritual healing known to humankind. Deeply rooted in community, its ancient mission is to restore harmony between humans, nature, and the spirit world. By working directly with the energies of the natural world, shamanic healing addresses the root spiritual and emotional imbalances that cause us to feel stuck, heavy, or disconnected in modern life.
What to Expect During Your Session
Your journey begins with a private consultation to discuss your personal intentions. Once our focus is set, you will be invited to lie down and rest comfortably. Using rhythmic drumming to enter an altered state of consciousness, I will journey into non-ordinary reality on your behalf to track, clear, and retrieve the energetic blueprints needed for your healing.
During the session, most clients experience a state of profound relaxation. We conclude with a supportive debrief where I share the insights, guidance, and symbols returned to you, providing practical integration steps for your everyday life.

Shamanic healing at Leven Holistics is focused strictly on restoring personal vitality, clearing personal energetic imprints, and reclaiming your inner power. Please note the following boundaries before reaching out:
No Extraction/Entity Work: We do not offer entity clearing, extraction, or possession-related services.
Mental Health & Clinical Conditions: This spiritual practice is a beautiful accompaniment to personal growth, but it is not a replacement for clinical psychiatric care. We are unable to accept clients currently experiencing active psychosis, severe unmanaged psychological crises, or acute substance/drug dependency.
Personal Readiness: Shamanic work requires a sober, grounded, and willing mind. It is a collaborative process designed to help you do your own inner work, not an overnight external fix.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
I deeply value our time together and carefully dedicate the studio space and my own energy specifically for your healing. Because slots are limited and require advance preparation, full pre-payment of £75 is required to secure your appointment.
We operate a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations or no-shows within this window will forfeit the full session fee.
Power Retrieval £75
Power retrieval work is a direct energetic intervention to restore personal power that has been lost, forgotten, disowned, or otherwise disconnected. Power loss can leave us feeling vulnerable, anxious and sometimes even helpless. When we have access to our authentic power, we experience more resilience, self-confidence, and creativity combined with a deep sense of safety.
Soul Retrieval £75
As we journey through our lives, we all encounter situations that we do not have the inner resources to cope with. As a result our soul can become fragmented and a part of it can become lost or disconnected from us. Soul Retrieval involves energetically retrieving soul parts and giving them the voice and healing they need to return to the person.This process occurs at all levels mind, body, and soul.
Illumination Process £75
The Illumination Process is a foundational shamanic energy medicine technique designed to clear heavy, ancestral, or traumatic imprints from your Luminous Energy Field. By washing away these deep energetic blocks from your chakras, this 60-minute session restores your natural vitality, breaks toxic cycles, and empowers you to step out of past stories and into your true potential.
